Linking Terms & Conditions
These Linking Terms & Conditions apply to all links to this website posted on third party web sites.
You do not need prior approval to include a link to LushTech.com unless you use a Lush Technologies Logo to do
so (see Lush Technologies Logo Terms & Conditions). You must, however, comply with these simple Linking Terms
& Conditions. By posting a link to LushTech.com on a web site you agree to comply with these
Linking Terms Conditions. If you do not agree to these Linking Terms & Conditions,
do not link to LushTech.com from your web site.
You may link to any page on LushTech.com; however if you link to any page other
than the home page, you agree as follows:
- Content on LushTech.com is subject to frequent updates. You are responsible for ensuring that your link remains accurate and active. Accordingly, you must monitor your link and modify it the link breaks or the content is removed or changed.
- You may not frame our content or employ any other method that causes the content to appear to be part of your web site or any site or service other than LushTech.com without our permission. At all times, when our content is served the location bar must display only the URL of the appropriate LushTech.com web page.

These Linking Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. The venue for any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Lush Technologies Logo Terms & Conditions
The Lush Technologies Logo must appear separate and distinct from all other visual elements of your web site so as not to imply that Lush Technologies is the source of or endorses any of the materials on or offered on your web site. At a minimum, there must be at least 5 pixels of "white space" between the Lush Technologies Logo and other visual elements. The only exception to this is a textual description of the LushTech.com content to which you are linking, which may accompany the Lush Technologies Logo. The Lush Technologies Logo must not appear as the most prominent branding of a web page or in any way that implies affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.
Nothing herein grants any right, title or interest in or to a Lush Technologies Logo. Licensee's use of the Lush Technologies Logo, and all goodwill associated therewith, shall inure to the sole benefit of Lush Technologies.
Lush Technologies Logos are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, and Lush Technologies hereby disclaims all express and implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement or that arise from course of dealing.
